I reached out to Sanaz & Chris while I was in a total panic. I had no idea what to do; I was a total mess with no understanding of what was happening. They got me calmed down enough that I could explain why I needed their expertise. After that, they took care of all my issues in a very prompt and straightforward professional manner. I was able to complete the entire process from home. I needed help with a bank levy. They don’t just provide Bankruptcy matters and never once pushed me for anything else that I didn’t need. I hired the Bereliani Law Firm after my original Ch. 13 bankruptcy attorney was disbarred in the middle of my plan and during a rather tricky situation. She and her team stepped right in and were able to bring the matter to a close with no issues. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and I highly, highly recommend Mr. Lurie and his team. I had an URGENT legal matter pertaining to a Real Estate transaction in which I was a buyer. On the day of our Closing, the Seller threatened to pull out of the Sale (just hours before the deadline to close) if I (as the buyer) did not agree to sign a specific document releasing the Seller of any Liability, after the Seller was in Breach of Contract. Barak Lurie and his staff have been a breath of fresh air compared to my experiences in the past with other lawyers (and law firms). Barak himself is straightforward, honest, and trustworthy.
