Wow! What can I say! He’s service is absolutely amazing! Was facing at least 4 days jail time and with Jeff Golds help I was given no jail time!! He can possibly help you get or not pay 2.1 million !

The judicial process for a DUI has been the most stressful time in my life. Attorney Jeff Gold alleviated the stresses by providing a clear path and holding me accountable for what was needed to be done in order to reduce my felony to a misdemeanor.

Bereliani Law Firm went beyond my expectations! Sanaz has a good team and thorough system to ensure your bankruptcy gets finalized. I am self employed, my case was more in depth. I interviewed several attorneys in San Diego and LA area and they were suggesting Chapter 13 and avoiding chapter 7 because of my equity in my home, they said I was limited on exemptions ie and my vehicle and personal property were at risk! Sanaz is very creative with creating and interpreting exemptions that the other attorneys NEVER mentioned and or understood, interpreting exemptions is very important, ie “Commercial Work Vehicle” (Truck) verses “vehicle”, that changed the game, the trustee wanted more money for my work truck and was also trying me on personal property and Sanaz put them in check! She got my Chapter 7 discharged, I kept my condo equity, I owed nothing for my commercial work truck and personal items. The other attorneys I interviewed were ok with having me agree to make an uncomfortable stressful payment plan to make it easy for them to file chapter 13…. An incredibly wonderful duo of attorneys. Super communicative, very thorough, attentive with hearing your story and concerns, and gives back practical steps to follow and all the things to look out for. I talked to both, felt incredibly comfortable and motivated to work with either, and ended up working with Witham personally. We were able to get my DUI down to a wet wreckless with very little trouble in one of the toughest court houses in LA.
