My experience with GoldWitham was excellent and smooth. As long as you are able to cooperate with the law consular the case will be solved in a proper way. My attorney Jeff is a very gentle guy and reliable, he is able to answer all my question also always reply my text immediately at normal business hour sometime even the weekend when I have urgent questions regarding the case. Overall, GoldWitham is a really good choice if you have legal issues.

(In short: DUI reduced to nonalcoholic Dry Reckless) A few days after making the horribly selfish mistake of getting behind the wheel intoxicated and then getting arrested for it, the sobering reality of the lives I could’ve ended and affected, plus the consequences of my actions that I was now facing had set in. I contacted Gold & Witham via a referral of a friend who had been arrested for DUI prior to me. I was a little hesitant initially because my only impression of DUI lawyers were those corny TV and billboard ads. Gold & Witham was NOTHING like that. From the initial quote and intake with Nigel it was pure professionalism. He walked me through and made clear to me the charges I would be facing and what steps that he and I could possibly pursue to secure a lesser charge. An absolutely outstanding DUI defense firm. Nigel’s advice from day one was top class, accurate and he was very supportive with all my concerns. When I was first looking for a lawyer I searched the internet and I was looking through the reviews and Jeff Golds name kept popping up . I took it as a sign and gave him a call . From the very first conversation Mr. Gold was honest and straightforward with me . I was looking at my 3rd dui in a 10 year span. I felt like I had no chance. He came up with a great plan from the jump . 2 AA classes everyday until our first court appearance was just the beginning. I was an out of state driver and got a third DUI while in California but Thanks to Attorney Gold it counted as a second. He pushed me to go on the Scram X house arrest bracelet for 60 days prior to my court date. And I did 90 AA meetings in 90 days during this time.I gathered letters from my employer, AA sponsor, colleague and a family member to vouch for my character and my dedication to sobriety. Life is tough and we make mistakes. DUI's have a lifetime of consequences it seems and it's really stressful and really scary. Going on the bracelet ensured I stayed sober during a very challenging time and proved to the court I was serious and remorseful. I was so scared and nervous I was going to have to do jail time but taking Attorney Golds direction made the outcome and process pretty painless considering.
