My husband and I worked with John on my green card case. We hired John based on two things: 1) the excellent educational material he regularly posts on YouTube, which gave us an initial idea of what to expect from our case, and 2) the high reviews we read from previous customers. I am from Chile, and my husband is from the United States, so my case was marriage-based. Throughout the process, John was very helpful and informative. He was also supportive and realistic, helping us to keep grounded, which we appreciated. Our case started as consular processing and then changed to adjustment of status. John and his team did a great job and went above and beyond collecting evidence to present a solid case. We highly recommend his services to those seeking a green card.

Used Owais Qazi for an immigration matter ..and my goodness what a huge mistake that was....poor quality work was done by him, often making mistakes filling out forms and overlooking basic details. I had to review all the forms carefully to correct a lot a simple items.He basically caters to Mid eastern and SE Asian communities where people are not very well versed on legal matters ...and often get stuck with him. I do not recommend him at all and in my view he is a low level attorney.

Johns offers so much more than any other attorney! My husband and I hired John for my husband’s marriage based green card process through Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. We had previously hired another law firm but had a terrible experience and whilst our hunt/interviewing other attorneys found John. We realized from our first consultation that John was very knowledgeable, professional and empathetic and we immediately knew we wanted him to help us with our case going forward. One thing that really stood out to us after our previous experience with another law firm was the fact that throughout the whole process you speak to directly to John your attorney and that sheds light on how much he cares and is very detail oriented. Throughout the whole process John has gone above and beyond and we have deeply appreciated his commitment, honesty and interest in our case. He answered all of our questions and concerns in a an extremely timely manner (no one else has a better response time). Our general timeline was the following: hired John in July 2022, gathered +submit paperwork August 2022, contacted by NVC that they started our case in November 2022, John helped us gather + submit further paperwork December 2022 and we’re notified in late January 2023 that they accepted all our documents and in line for an appointment, our appointment/ green card approved January 2024. We had a previous approval of the I-130 but I -485 denial so John helped us get our case to Ciudad Juarez and from the moment the NVC received all of our documents to our appointment notice (November 2023) it was 11 months super fast! John helped prep us for our interview letting us know exactly what to take, what to expect and answering all our questions. My husbands green card was approved 4 years after it was denied the first time and we couldn’t be happier. My husband and I truly believe John exemplifies an attorney who has their clients best interest in mind and an amazing support system through a tedious/difficult process. We are extremely grateful and recommend John’s services 100%!
