This is going to be year number (11) since my mother died as a result of sucide as a result of taking a drug that back then did not have a "Black Box Warning"I remember it was like yesterday when I was standing in my kitchen preparing for dinner and I heard a television commerical asking consumers if they had any experiernce with that particular drug that resulted in" any injury,sucidial thoughts or death of a loved one" Well that commerical was speaking to me at that time as I had just lost my mother to a medication that was hiding under the radar in the world of bad antidressants.From the moment I contacted them my family and me were always treated with nothing but true sincere heartfelt compassion and professionalism.The paralegals and all the lawyers were always so kind and caring.I never expected to ever yet alone expect to meet any of them in person as I live on the other side of the world as I considered the distance from Richmond,Virginia to Los Angeles,Ca.Durning the course it took them to settle our case,I made friends with several people in their office once i traveled to Congress and met up with a couple of them in person.We still maintain a friendship where we keep in touch via email and they sent Christmas cards for years after the fact just to let us know that we were not forgotten. But to my schock one day I recieved a phone call from someone in the company informing me that Mr.Baum would be flying to Richmond,Virgina to meet with me and my family.He flew in,rented a rental car and sure enough drove to my house!You just don't know how important that made me feel.He even took us out to dinner.He was so kind,friendly and full of compassion.I /we were never made to feel like we were just a number in their big world of clients! Nothing will ever bring my mother back but I will also never forget how he made me and my family feel! "Hat's off to you Mr.Baum",Beverly,Richmond,Virginia
