Exceeded my expectations Shortly after losing my house in the Woolsey Fire, I found out that the insurance payoff provided by the California Fair Plan was not enough to rebuild my house. Luckily, the law firm of Panish, Shea, Boyle, and Ravipudi represented me in the case. Rachel Gezerseh, Lyssa Roberts and Melody Saadian worked diligently, tirelessly and determinedly to build my case and maximize my compensation. The settlement was above and beyond my wildest expectations. Now I can rebuild my home.

I wanted to write a review about my experience with Ryan Casey at Panish Shea Boyle Ravipudi LLP. I was in a car accident where I was at a complete stop. A woman ran directly into me going about 40-50 miles per hour. Initially I thought I would be ok, but over about a week my back got worse and worse, and over the next 6 months progressed even further. Needless to say, I was in constant pain, which affected almost all aspects of my life. It made playing with my young children difficult, workouts were limited, my mood was drastically changed. Long story short, I ended up having 4 procedures on my back in a 2 year period. At times it seemed as if it would never end. I was referred to Ryan and decided to pursue a settlement. I am not a litigious person and didn't want to sue the driver at first, and Ryan understood my concerns and supported me every step of the way in my case. Ryan worked diligently on my behalf and represented my interests throughout the entire process in order to help me reach a settlement with the insurance companies. He was educational, informative and most importantly he was very quick to respond, instruct and support. One of the things I appreciated the most was at the onset, Ryan never "oversold" so that my expectations were never too high. He was realistic, honest and worked HARD. Needless to say, after about 2.5 years, my case was settled with 2 insurance companies and my expectations were FAR exceeded. Would I do it all over again, I sure hope not. But I can assure you that if anything were to ever happen again, or to anyone I know, I would URGE people to seek out Ryan at Panish. Kind, compassionate, organized, diligent, beyond intelligent, and the list can go own. I would never recommend anyone else because I truly believe I found the best. We sought out legal counsel after a delivery truck driver, while under the influence, failed to stop in traffic and killed our son in a horrific accident. Modway, the company the delivery driver was delivering for, has agreed to a third-party review of its delivery driver hiring practices and fleet policies, as well as to publish those updated policies to become a developing standard for other companies.
