Baum Hedlund's efforts on my behalf resulted in a settlement that I would never have thought possible against a huge corporation. Not only did they win my case, but they are at the forefront of advocating for changes that will help prevent what happened to me from happening to others. Our lives were turned upside down when my wife was rear ended while stopped at a red light. She was left with a traumatic brain injury and plagued by severe migraines as a result. After some deliberation, we decided to sue the driver (I say “we” because I also sued for loss of consortium). Fortunately, a good family friend (who just happens to be an attorney) advised that we ask Panish | Shea | Boyle | Ravipudi if they’d represent us. After reviewing our case, they agreed to take it (we were specifically represented by attorneys Spencer Lucas and Marguerite Sanvictores, as well as a host of others that support them), and the end result was nothing short of amazing! Watching these pros in action was like watching masters at work in the practice of law, and it was very comforting knowing they were on our side. They were in complete control and left no stone unturned in their dogged efforts on our behalf. I do not embellish in the slightest when I tell you that the opposing counsel for the defendant was very intimidated by their prowess. And why wouldn’t they be. PSBR’s reputation speaks for itself, and their winning percentage surpasses their peers. It was evident from the very first deposition that the opposing counsel was clearly outclassed. At the end of the day, we were able to settle without even having to go to court, and even though no amount of money is worth what we have endured in the aftermath of the accident, we’re ecstatic with the sum of money we were awarded. I should also like to mention that they really took the time to get to know us on a personal level, and we never felt like we were just a number to them. If you are in need of representation, you should not hesitate to call on these professionals to represent you.

After signing with a different firm I realized it was not the right place for me. So I contacted Panish, Shea, Boyle, and Ravipudi. I went in and met with the team and couldn't have been happier. poor communication, lies upon lies upon lies, EXTREMELY displeased with my final settlement. i ended up feeling like i should have just handled the whole case on my own. good riddance.

If I could give no stars I would! This law firm is the biggest waste of time. No matter what documentation I showed them they always needed something else , I was doing all the work!!!! They released me due to a letter they got from a dr saying I was examined for my symptoms but were not specific to what the letter needed to say to file my case. NOR DID THEY TAKE ANY TIME TO TELL ME WHAT IT NEEDED TO SAY !!! They don’t call you after the first conversation you have by phone , everything is by text or email. They come off completely cold in their responses as if your inconveniencing them. I turned away about ten other attorneys!! What a waste of my time. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS FIRM TO ANYONE

Baum Hedlund is engaged in complex litigation concerning Zantac. They do a good job of keeping clients informed of current progress. Their legal aides make regular contact with the clients to check on their condition and give any updates. I've never been involved in this kind of class action litigation before, so I can't compare to other firms, but I am satisfied with them so far. I have been with them for over a year and understand that this litigation may take several more years.
