I recently had my bankruptcy discharge, Sanaz was my lawyer. I want to start by saying she is extremely professional and knowledgeable about all things bankruptcy. Upon our first in person meeting I had so much anxiety about going through with this, not only did she ease my worries but she answered all my questions and kept in constant contact. Her team is great, always readily available for questions, Chris in particular was very helpful and did alot of the leg work. I don’t think this process could’ve went any better than it did so I most definitely recommend them if you’re considering bankruptcy.

I hired Sanaz to represent me in my bankruptcy, couldn’t have picked a more knowledgeable and personable person. Sanaz took her time and kept in constant communication with me. Anytime I needed to speak with them or I had a question they were always just a call away. My experience with GoldWitham was excellent and smooth. As long as you are able to cooperate with the law consular the case will be solved in a proper way. My attorney Jeff is a very gentle guy and reliable, he is able to answer all my question also always reply my text immediately at normal business hour sometime even the weekend when I have urgent questions regarding the case. (In short: DUI reduced to nonalcoholic Dry Reckless) A few days after making the horribly selfish mistake of getting behind the wheel intoxicated and then getting arrested for it, the sobering reality of the lives I could’ve ended and affected, plus the consequences of my actions that I was now facing had set in. I contacted Gold & Witham via a referral of a friend who had been arrested for DUI prior to me. I was a little hesitant initially because my only impression of DUI lawyers were those corny TV and billboard ads. Gold & Witham was NOTHING like that. From the initial quote and intake with Nigel it was pure professionalism. He walked me through and made clear to me the charges I would be facing and what steps that he and I could possibly pursue to secure a lesser charge. An absolutely outstanding DUI defense firm. Nigel’s advice from day one was top class, accurate and he was very supportive with all my concerns. Any day I needed to speak to him he got back to me quickly the same day. I had a complex dui case with multiple issues and by following his advice we got it reduced to reckless driving. I received a notice from my bank that there was a levy on all of my accounts from a contested $376 Citibank transaction from over 15 years ago. It had snow balled to $11,000. I’m just a psych nurse who works the nightshift caring for patients too compromised with mental illness to remain at Twin Towers. Sanaz was careful to never let me feel ashamed or judged.
