Words cannot express how grateful I am for having Nigel Witham to go to bat for me as my attorney. Nigel was incredibly kind, genuine, actually explained everything in detail and when I was at my lowest in stress and anxiety regarding my first DUI, he put me at ease and I felt like I would be taken care of. As a Registered Nurse, my license and livelihood was on the line. I was able get a wet reckless, my charges dropped down to 1/4 of the fines, 3 month alcohol program, and no jail time and no repercussions to my nursing license. Thank God!! Jeff was the best lawyer in my recent charges pressed against me for DUI and high BAC. I had a .15/.15 and he successfully secured a ruling that involved a 3-month alcohol education program. Through therapy and personal effort, I am no longer in a place where I would put myself and others in such danger again. I am going through the process of education and license restriction, and with the help of a little serenity, I will eventually be able to expunge it from my record. Atty. Gold was able to obtain the best possible outcome and for that I am grateful beyond words. But he was able to do so only because I followed through on the program.
