Where do I start. First of all the insurance companies are all liars and crooks. I had no idea my employer literally had no control over my care. My own employer was even disgusted with the way I was treated by the insurance company. Zenith was the insurance company by the way so if you're reading this and you have Zenith as your Worker's Comp. insurance company hire a lawyer right away. I would recommend this group but if they're not for you hire somebody to represent you. Zenith is an organization that should literally not be able to conduct business in California. But luckily I found a group of lawyers you did a fantastic job for me. Things didn't move very slow they did warn me things would be moving slow due to Zenith having a what they called a rigged medical provider network. Which basically means they only allow doctors to work with them who see eye to eye with them. Not beneficial for the injured worker but very beneficial for the profits of the insurance company. So I got very unlucky that my employer was insured by Zenith but did get lucky also that I found an aggressive lawyer like Peter who had the patience and the experience to understand how to deal with them. So thank you Peter I appreciate everything you and your staff did for me.

When Googled injury lawyers in Inglewood I came across the Workers Compensation attorney group. I called and spoke with a really nice young man name Jose and signed up through DocuSign the same day. I had never suffered a Work Injury before and I have never ever worked with a injury lawyer. So, my point of reference is Jose and his law firm. But I can tell you this everything was very transparent everybody was very upfront and told me things would move slow and not to expect a settlement right away. I felt that I was dealing with incredibly honest people and would highly recommend.

Granted there were many times I was frustrated due to not earning the same amount of income I was when I was working but eventually I got back to work and received what I believe to be a very fair settlement. I had worked with three Work Injury lawyers prior to hiring Peter and his work Injury law firm. In retrospect I pretty much messed up my case and Peter was very upfront with me about not being able to receive a maximum settlement which was my own fault. My number one priority was to get back to work and start Burning the same amount of money I was earning before I was injured. Peter and everybody at his personal injury firm worked very hard got me with excellent doctors and I got back to work I don't know if my settlement was great or not since I had never had a work injury. But it seemed fair and again my priority was getting back to work earning money and getting along with my life. I do have residual pain but I feel blessed that I'm able to continue my employment Full time.

My experience with being injured at work was really terrible. However I did find a great lawyer when I called this law firm and hired Peter and Jay. They did a terrific job on my case I felt like everything was under control even though there was a lot of sitting and waiting going on. I was extremely grateful for the honesty Peter gave me upfront letting me know things move very slow and he wasn't lying. But looking back at the settlement I received and the fact that I'm back to work made it all worth it. If I would have continued to handle my case on my own I probably would've received nothing and lost my job and still be injured. It's amazing how the insurance company is totally unethical and does not care about your health or your financial well-being at all. I hate to use such harsh words but that was the impression I got when I dealt with them directly. Don't try to do this on your own if you don't hire Peter or Jay find a lawyer that works for you and move forward with the lawyer do not attempt to do this on your own.
