Injured at work. Was scared to file a claim because I did not want to lose my job. My injury got worse, I filed a claim, they denied my claim. So I called and got a free consultation from a lawyer at the workers compensation attorney group. Took my case and got it accepted and I didn't lose my job. Thank you so much for cleaning up my mess. I strongly suggest if you are injured to get a workers compensation lawyer in Los Angeles. Not an out of town lawyer like I did. I had to fire my lawyer and then hired a new lawyer though the workers compensation attorney group. Everything is awesome, wish I would have been smart enough to hire someone who actually had an office within 20 minutes of my house. Live and learn. Great people, use them!

The workers compensation attorney group was a life saver for me and my totally screwed up case. My case was originally delayed and went under investigation because I am a pushover and my boss told me to give it a week and see if it gets better. Luckily he did not lie and my case was accepted. Without the help of my lawyer I am not sure my case would have been accepted though. I get the feeling unless you have a workers compensation attorney in your corner you are not going to get a fair shake or even close to the amount of money you deserve I learned this lesson in a car accident I had once before. When dealing with an insurance company always get a lawyer.

I broke my leg on the job. I was off work for some time, collecting my benefits and trying to get well again. I went to my regular follow up with my Dr and he cleared me for work when there was no way I could perform my job duties. I argued with him, he told me that "dealing with pain is something that I might just have to deal with, sometimes things don't heal all the way" I was so offended and angry, not a very good Dr in my opinion. He gave me my paperwork and he had me on modified duty. I was pissed off so I called the workers compensation attorney group and scheduled a free consultation with on the lawyers. I am so glad I hired a lawyer, I am 100% I was about to get the run around and could have been fired. Thank you very much for your help defending me against the crooks.

I called and made an appointment for a consultation to speak to someone about my worker's comp case and afterwards decided to call around and weigh my options, only to call a different number theand getting same receptionist. Boy, did she have an attitude. Lol. She asked me, "since you're calling around do you want me to cancel your appointment?" How rude!? We should all have the right to weigh our options, just as we please! Definitely won't be going there.

If I could give 20 stars I would. I cannot express how awesome this organization was to me helping get through my case and get it settled. if you are looking for the best, you need not look any further, you found them.

I knew I was in good shape when the guy who took my call was named Jose, haha, not really but he was great so I signed up and let him take my case from beginning til the end. No hiccups really other than the fact that I hated being injured on TTD for a year making less than I was used to. Good news is I got healed up and got a nice settlement. I owe you guys the world.

Like many injured workers I suspect I was dumb enough to try and negotiate my settlement on my own. I had pretty serious injury and when the insurance company sent me the paperwork to agree to the settlement I thought what can it hurt to call around. I called the workers compensation attorney group and within about 5 mins I had a lawyer basically reach through the phone and strangle me lol. He said my case was worth about 3 times what they were offering, so I hired him, he was right, in fact it was about 4 times more than he said. I am so glad I made the call.
