I was charged for the DV injunction in another state and my lawyer dismissed the case. I moved to LA and I was looking for a consultation about the expunging process and some other questions. I found Mr. Arash Hashemi and some other attorneys through searching on the internet based on client reviews. I called them to make an appointment for the consultation, but when they found out probably I am not a potential future client they did not give me an appointment. Mr. Hashemi accepted my request and made an appointment for a consultation. I walked into his office and explained him my case. He listened to me, looked at my documents carefully and explained to me what should I do. First, he spent about 30 minutes to give me his idea either I should go through expunge process or not, then I asked him some questions regarding how my immigration process could be affected. Just to help me and to answer my questions he called to one of his colleagues who was an immigration lawyer and talked with her about my situation another 30 minutes. I really appreciate his time and his consultation which was priceless for me. Not only I found him with high moral and ethical standards and with vast experience with civil and criminal cases but also a person who really cares about me and my future. I hope I never encounter with another problem like this but if something happens to me I will return to him. I would highly recommend Mr. Arash Hashemi to the reader of this review.

Her expertise and diligence was the reason why the appellate court actually reversed my conviction, and the trial court was remanded with instruction to DISMISS my case. I called Arash Hashemi’s office for some information regarding my traffic violation and the consultation with him was very informative; he responded to my needs and concerns quickly. I was on my second offense regarding my speeding and my ticket was $600.00, in addition the court had denied traffic school.
