I got into an accident back in July and right after the accident I called my insurance and I was already feeling some pain in my back and neck. I woke up the next day feeling dizzy, both hands were numb and my back and neck more painful as ever. On March of last year I suffered a terrible car accident . I needed to find a lawyer quick , thanks to Yelp I came across McGee Lerer and Associates. As soon as I called they were very friendly. I have no idea which location it is that I’ve called but I found them from the internet and called the 1-800 number and spoke with a “Cherrie”. Sorry if I spelled that incorrectly. So anyway, I’ve been a bit down because of a car accident I was in last year. Wasn’t my fault and it was a 3 month old vehicle I loved. I’m continuing to have problems with the vehicle a year after the accident and just really bummed because I can’t enjoy a vehicle I’m spending lots of money on each month and I can’t do much else in terms of sale or trade because it was in an accident so I turned to a lawyer to seek consultation regarding diminished value. Cherrie took the call and explained that they cannot take me on as a client because I did not have bodily injury so I guess it’s not really profitable for either of us and I totally get that and appreciate the honesty, but she spent time giving me advice for many minutes and encouraged me to call back soon regarding any other questions I may have. She gave me some very helpful advice and pointed me in the direction I need to go concerning my situation. This wasn’t general advice either, it was specific to my situation and it was all without payment. I bet this is standard for law firms but I don’t care. I really appreciated the time she took to handle my call and I hope I never have to use them but I will be sure to remember them and come back God forbid something happens in the future. Definitely seem competent, capable, and caring of the clients they serve if they’d do this for someone who isn’t even a client.

Earlier this year I was involved in an accident by a guy that was uninsured and he was driving his bosses truck who turned out to have no insurance as well.
