I love Javaheri & Yahoudai for several reasons. This firm has been kind, courteous, thoughtful and professional since the first day I have reached out to them. They helped me understand what was happening in my case, and answered any questions I may have had. Still to this day, the firm sends me holiday and birthday cards, and it makes me feel greatly appreciated!

I will be honest in all this! I was in a car accident about 2yrs (1yr & 10months) ago and as someone who’s never been in an accident I was not sure where to begin this process. —Towards the middle of my case I was unaware of the fact that they moved my case to someone else. At the time I called to check up on everything only to find out that they gave my case to someone else, which I was fully unaware of. This happened 2 times where they gave my case to someone else and it honestly got a bit annoying. There is also the fact that they take a while to return your calls. It was a hassle trying to get any but that’s just how cases work ig. —I honestly thought I was going to get more out of my case since my car was totaled and I was hurt from the crash. (For reference the insurance paid 15k but I only got about 4.8k after all the charges. Including medical and attorney fees) Didn’t think much of how much the medical bill was going to be. I should’ve gone to get medi-cal sooner and would’ve done everything through my doctors. Since at the time I was in college and qualified for medi-cal. —Towards the end of my case I will say that I had a GREAT experience with Tony Rosas and Christian who closed my case. Tony Rosas really kept me updated on what the next steps were. They were the only ones that I really felt were consistent on updating and explaining things to me, 100% great!

They have been very communicative from beginning to end. Any and all questions were answered right away. Great experience overall and this is the second time they’ve helped me in an accident case.

Oscar was great at helping me with my case. He definitely helped me more than previous case workers I had. He always kept me updated and always made sure to answer my messages or any questions I had. Thank you Oscar I appreciate you so much!

And they didn’t help me with any bills they let it all to me. They did not win my case because they never got in contact with me never :( what type of lawyers are these?They didn’t win my case. They blame me and I’m the one who got hit by the car. I was going the right way she came out of nowhere and she hit me and they were saying it’s my fault they never talk to me face-to-face. They never called me speak to me in tell me that I lost the case. How is that? If they never spoke to me, call him back when I called him. I never heard from them they are the worst company, lawyer ever I regret ever going to them and being recommended by another lawyer the worst

All staff members were very informative and patient. Anyone I spoke to was always very helpful and getting my concerns always yo the right person. Vanessa did stand out to me , stayed late one day just to get an important conference call done. I'm not sure how this was all suppose to go, but I'm glad this team was there to guide me.

They said they would take our case and not to worry about anything. It’s been a month since the accident and nothing got done we called this morning and told us they dropped the case. They were a huge wast of time and now have to get a different lawyer.

After been with my case for a year, they decided not to represent me anymore. Every time I called to get an update they have a different person in charge of my case and one day they stopped returning my phone calls and short after I received the letter that they will drop the case. They told me they will talked to the doctors for them to drop the charges and about 7 years later I received a suit from the doctors for the money I owe them even though I did not received any compensation for this case. I would recommend you to run from this company. I received a Christmas card with a detail every year from them but honestly it only enraged me because it remind me of this.

My family and I had a great experience with J&Y Law firm. I would definitely recommend them for anyone dealing with an injury or an accident they were involved with. Their professionalism and ability to work with a grieving family, was excellent. We hope we won’t need to but if we have to, my family and I will only be using J&Y Law in the future.
