6:28 • U The day I called J&Y atty was the day they started on my case by sending an investigator to my house. I was told that they would take care of everything. I used Uber and Lyft a lot because of the trauma and inability to drive. I went to my own doctors in the beginning until Christain S case manager was assigned to my case. From then on Christain scheduled all of my appointments with specialist I would never have been able or known to go to. I continue to receive frequent calls to check in to see how I am doing. What I appreciate the most about this law office is I can call them anytime to let them know of the changes I am going through. I am still currently under doctors care and being treated. Resolution does not happen overnight. My anxiety related to the accident and the future is calming down only because I truly feel like I chose the best attorney for my case. 凸 14

As a recent client I was pleased with the service I received from Christian. After many others had dropped the ball Christian stepped up and made sure I was being treated well as a client. Christian made sure my case was completed from beginning to end without any hesitation. Christian should be promoted and given a raise, because he is the only reason I am satisfied with my outcome. As for Ana and others(accounting dept)that work for firm they need to be retrained and held accountable for making unnecessary errors. Janette, Edgar, and Jose were a dream team. Unfortunately, I had to retain J&Y services a second time after my car was struck by another vehicle.
