My daughter was involved in an auto accident as a passenger. I was referred to J&Y and am happy that I signed up with them. Ingrid was my assigned case manager, from the very beginning she was great. She explained the process step by step and always kept me on up to date. When the case was ready to move forward to the next stage I was provided that department's information. Bulmaro Garcia went above and beyond with assisting me through the whole way of this process, no matter how difficult things got he always made sure I wasn’t overwhelmed and felt in good hands. He would always call and check in on me making sure all my concerns were met and if I ever voiced a concern he would take care of it without a hesitation. It has been a long process and a lot of appointments aswell as calls he would make in order to make sure I got taken care of with my injuries, Bulmaro Garcia was not just someone doing their job he showed empathy and formed a friendship and made sure I was always comfortable during my procedures and would constantly check up on me to make sure I was okay!
