Just hired Mr. Esfandi within minutes of him speaking with me. He calmed me down and assured me he will be able to help. Immediately he was on it and as we speak keeping me in the loop and letting me know the steps. Thankful I found him!

Seppi’s was personable and saw me right away after I contacted his office regarding a dispute I was having with a neighbor. My neighbor decided to start to put up new fencing along our properties line but it was clearly over the line I had documents detailing. I didn’t know how to contact him legally as we don’t have a very good relationship. seppi walked me through the process and the issue has been resolved.
