Anish Vashistha is a very outstanding lawyer. His team and him understands the immigration law very well. He helped me get a green card through marriage and later the US Citizenship. I am a client of Anish Vashistha. Mr Vashistha is one of the best immigration attorneys in the USA. He is very honest. In my case I have been to a lot of immigration attorneys in New York and paid them consultation fees. Most of the attorneys didn’t believe me; some took my case and took money but later informed me that they can’t proceed with my case. By God's grace, I got Mr. Vashistha’s contact number after reading about him in an online article in OC Weekly magazine, which published that article in 2015. My friend and I at first were not interested or planning to call him. As I told you guys, I spent a lot of money to attorneys for nothing ,but my friend forced me to contact Mr. Vashistha and check. I called Mr. Vashistha and spoke to him: he was straightforward in the way he spoke to me. I figured out he was different from the lawyers I met before. I explained my case to him; he listened to my case patiently even though he had problems in listening because my daughter was crying on my end. After listening to my whole case, he informed me he will call me back. Mr. Vashistha didn’t contact me for than a week, so I thought he was not interested or didn’t believed me in my case, and also I was in New York while he is in California. I didn’t call him to bother: As I told you guys, I was not interested. One evening, I got a call from Mr. Vashistha saying sorry for not contacting me earlier because it took time for him review my case to decide to take it or not, so he didn’t want to waste his time or my money before reviewing. Then he told me he believed me and will take my case. I was shocked after listening to his words (because most of the lawyers in the USA are waiting to take your money). Payment-wise he was very flexible. My friends, I am not telling you a lie: because of my situation in the USA, I was not able to sleep at night thinking about me and my family. I used to email Mr. Vashistha around 12am his time, 3am Eastern time. He will reply to me right away: not even one day he shouted at me for disturbing him out of office hours. My friends, because of Mr. Vashistha and God’s grace I am legal in the USA now living with my family (most of the attorneys told me they cant believe me; some took my case and later told me they can’t help and asked me to go to my home country while leaving my family in the USA). While I am now legally residing in the USA, I am looking forward to the next step so that I can one day be a citizen of the USA, and by God’s grace and Mr. Vashistha with me, I will stay with my family permanently in the USA. It was a straight through GC through marriage case but me and my wife were pretty tensed when we were trying to figure out on ourselves. Reached out to different attorneys and their fees were crazy for this simple case. Anish’s fee was reasonable and during our first meeting, he made us feel that it’s a very simple one and not to worry. He gave all the info we wanted and that gave us the confidence to go with him. It took around one year to get the GC and during this process, Anish was very responsive and helpful with respect to any confusion/question I had on GC process/H1B expiry issue/EAD/Job change topics.
