Very nice man

My company was referred to Anish and his team via a highly positive recommendation from a friend after we received a denial on my H1B visa “transfer” petition which another lawyer had botched. We hired Anish’s firm to essentially undo the damage and work with us to file a whole new petition, which they did successfully. Anish got my case approved, it was not particularly complicated compared to his usual very difficult cases, but it’s def a tricky case w great technical details. I’m happy w Anish Help and recommend him to everyone who wants a competent lawyer who really understands immigration, not only he is a specialist and he has the ability to research extremely precisely to protect your interests, most attorneys do not and they even forget to remind you your routine visits. So after consulting 9 Attorney’s who are all specialists w big names charging $250-350 for a consult and the PR behind them w their big immigration cases and victory. Mr. Vashistha is the most reliable, professional, and trust worthy person I have ever met. My husband and I would for ever be grateful to him for the excellent job he did in our case. I will give a brief summary of our case: I applied for my husbands green card since the year 2001 and we went through 2 different attorney's with unsuccessful results on each, by the time my husband contacted Mr. Anish our case folder was so think that any other attorney would of just not take the time to review it, but Anish took our case without hesitation. Once we had our interview with immigration he was very organized and ready to provide the immigration officer with any documentation that was needed. One of the many things I liked about Mr. Vashistha was that he always kept us informed of all the notices sent by immigration and every time we had a question he would reply as soon as he could, we never had issues getting in contact with him. Unfortunately by the time we got in contact with Mr. Vashistha we had already gone through a lot in 14 years, but it only took him about 18 months from the time we first contacted him to the time my husband FINALLY was APPROVED for his GREEN CARD all thanks to the excellent job Mr. Vashistha did in preparing the documentation for our case. I would like to share my experience with the lawyer Anish Vashistha and how he helped solve my problem much more easily than any other lawyer. I found Anish through my friend who previously hired Anish and who was strongly recommending him. My friend explained how Anish had solved his problem even though he was in a really bad situation. Before I went to see Anish, I had consultations with 3 other immigration lawyers, but no one was able to assure success or even give me a straight answer due to the complexity of my situation. So, when I went to see Anish, I had low expectation based on what the other 3 immigration lawyers had already told me, but based on his experience and knowledge of the Immigration office, Anish gave me an answer of “Yes” after he heard my situation. I could believe his answer because I saw that he fixed my friend’s worse situation. And here I am! In only 3 months, I got naturalized and was finally able to visit my hometown after 15 years.
