The process to draw up my will (estate planning) took 3 1/2 months (it could take longer for others). Throughout my experience with the Werner Law Firm, all the associates at the firm were friendly, cooperative, responsive, attentive, and available from the first intake call to the final notary appointment. I had numerous questions throughout and asked for a few Zoom meetings. The meetings were scheduled with the lawyer as soon as I wanted them, and my many follow-up questions via email were also kindly and thoroughly answered (even repeated questions). Their phone and email follow-up is good to keep you on track, and if you needed more time it was fine to say so. Everyone at the firm who checked on me during the process ensured I was taken care of, and they followed up after everything was completed. I'm happy with the firm's process and customer service. It was a good experience, and I was treated professionally and respectfully. The associates also included additional planning documents in my final portfolio binder to help with other important end-of-life decision-making.
