Every step of the process was easy and pleasant. From the initial contact to receiving the book, I felt I had complete understanding and control. I have had friends try the discounted route and later discovered it was not going to protect them or their heirs. They were able to tailor the documents to my specific needs and focused on my needs prior as well as after my passing. The notary was also friendly and helpful during what could be a very stressful signing. A big thank to the many people that made the journey so simple all the way through the process!!
