DON’T DO IT !!!! they will charge 40% without foing to court when the industry normal is 33% then once they get a settlement out of court they not only take the % but also charge attorney cost . You can find many other injury lawyers that are more upfront or just generally more ethically sound. Robbing the insurance and the little guy is just wrong.

I don't think he did his due diligence in my case. He started working on a couple of other cases and had me do some leg work when that was his job then found out also that i wasn't informed that they made an offer to walk away until after everything was over.

Horrible service!! I got in a car accident in 2023, wasn’t my fault! My car got totaled and I made the big mistake in having them represent me. Out of a $15,000 settlement I only received $1,500 and that’s only because I had them check my case over and over because I didn’t want to settle for the $500 sweet James said I was getting out of the $15,000 at first. They are crooks!!!! They dont help and they don’t communicate with you until YOU call them. Don’t make the mistake I did in having them represent you. Go elsewhere
