There's nothing "sweet" about this so called "attorneys" they are nothing absolutely NOTHING!. ..

Avoid this law firm at all costs!!!!!!!! They are so terribly rude, impatient, unwilling to allow you any time to talk to them and basically treat you like garbage. My experience as a very patient individual and veteran was so distasteful that it's hard for me to restrain from using expletives, even though my potential case could have been represented and won by a one-day law lawyer. I would highly recommend this law firm if you want to be treated like a piece of doo-doo they are so self-righteous and they let you know how apparent that is .. ....immediately!!!! Do not call these people unless you want to feel alone and worthless in the universe! I invite any or all inquiries that I may help you with in describing the experience I had with this absolutely horrible group of people.

The Levin firm is great; they operate as a team to support clients as much as possible. Jeremy Forsyth was our layer; he was knowledgeable, professional and he had a respectful relationship with the prosecutor. He did a fine job representing us. We are deeply grateful.

Katia took my intake, and they wouldn't take my case, no explanation. They made it sound like I had something, very misleading and no form reason as to why .... horrible service

I messed up my life a few times sometime last year and this year. I freaked out the second time because I read the punishment and how much worse it gets. I knew it was time to switch from a public defender to a private firm. I did some research and browsing around but the main reason I chose Hart Levin to be quite frank is because when I messaged a bunch of attorneys/law firms panicking he was the first to answer. I spoke to him and right away he asked questions on my case and got straight to work. Didn't even ask about money until the end. And that's another blessing about this firm, they WAIT to get to it. They care more about the clients situation and knowing if they can ACTUALLY help you. He didn't even have a minimum I had to pay in that moment to sign me on. He asked how much I could pay. I told him $500 he asked me to send it, I did. I signed with him and ever since then I've been okay. I felt taken care of. I haven't worried. His employees are really nice and the one time I had a complaint about an employee Hart's wife took care of it and calmed me down. It was honestly my fault but they never made me feel that way. They're really the definition of "the customer is always right." The legal assistants are very responsive and the attorneys are super blunt with you but will ALWAYS show up. I was facing jail time, but Hart Levin's firm knew from the start I'd be okay. I was very skeptical but nope both my attorneys handled my cases perfectly and fixed everything, even when I messed up smh. I missed a few deadlines but they always found a way to fix it and keep me on track. Now I'm on the other side of it and they kept me out of jail, got me LESS "requirements." I have to do classes to get my drivers license back. They made it possible for me to get my license 6 months earlier. ALSOOO I've always been good about paying my attorney fees on time every month but they've shown me grace when I couldn't make my payment on time 1 or 2 times. Indira is the best!! She always works with me and sends my receipts on time. Sometimes Hart has responded when I didn't get a response from anyone and he approves stuff. He will always be accessible to you if you need him. Look take it from someone who was on your side at one point, it does get better. I didn't have to miss almost any work and were always available when I needed them. If I could give them 10/10 stars I would. I hope this helped.
