Hart took my call on a Sunday morning after I was picked up for DUI. Talked me off the ledge and immediately starting questioning me and trying to understand my situation. 2 years later, I just completed VA diversion court (something I didn't know existed) and had my case dismissed and sealed. Money well spent... I was in no condition to deal with this on my own. The entire staff is available and attentive to all my questions and needs.
