I am a father of two boys and Amiel represented me at trial against a motion to move them from Idaho back to California. I found Amiel from a google search: 'Trial Attorney San Jose.' On our first phone call three things stuck out immediately with me: Amiel's quick assessment of the case, his knowledge of the opposing counsel, and his history with litigating before our judge. The trial brief submitted was concise and focused on the main issues necessary to prevail. It included the right supporting evidence to make our case (not too much and not too little). At trial, Amiel did a superb job of asking the best questions during cross examination to bring out testimony in support of our position. Amiel's judgment on what to include, (and not include) was dead on. Our case prevailed and everything Amiel predicted (and we prepared for) came true within a very strict budget for the case.
