Even though I did not need their services after my free consultation, I followed through with their advice and the dealership I was having problems with became very generous and accommodating.

After meeting for one hour and cashing the $3500 retainer; David proceeded to create a bunch of draft forms. Some of these forms were never used; because of the limited understanding of the case all of them needed heavy redaction. Regardless he charged $2500 the first week and proceeded to pass the case to another lawyer in his group without even mention it to me. I believe this is a tactic that he uses, getting the maximum cash as quickly as possible and letting the other (even more incompetent) lawyers do the work. Legacy provided little guidance and every time that a new lawyer was assigned to my case, it was up to me to explain the new lawyer the case (all at my expense). Even when I complained about the lack of knowledge of the new assigned lawyer, I was charged. I can go on and on. I finally fired them, I was the best decision. In addition, their billing department is horrible, they make mistakes, double charge and they don't listen; to get anything corrected, I have to call the lawyer for them to talk to billing and of course they charged me for that. BOTTOM LINE HORRIBLE LAWYERS, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT $$ STAY AWAY

Hired Wade Law for my civil lawsuit that had been going on for over a year and a half. It was one of those lawsuits that shouldn't have even existed, but some crazy person made stuff up and couldn't back any of it up, while I had all the evidence to prove my innocence. Wade Law - specifically Brandon Chaidez, my attorney, helped me tremendously and after about 3 months, got the case dismissed by the court, thus ending this horrible headache that I have been dealing with while in graduate school. I didn't even have to show up to court one time, Brandon took care of everything. If you need someone to help you with your civil matters, I couldn't recommend Wade Law Group enough! The professionalism, responsiveness, and consideration is bar none. There is a $5,000 retainer fee plus added fees based on the case and preparation of papers and all that. I personally ended up paying $7,100 in total. Just wanted to address the cost and be completely transparent. But in the end, it was totally worth it. Thank you Wade Law!

I hired Mr. Wade to expedite my divorce after being with an ill-prepared attorney for 1 1/2 years in which I didn't get past the discovery stage. I got quick results with Mr. Wade and my divorce was finalized after 4 months. His support staff quickly responded to all my emails and returned my calls. Mr. Wade is very experienced and knowledgeable and found an error in a filing by my ex-spouse's attorney and took immediate action on her behalf which saved me money and didn't prolong the divorce proceedings. He is involved in all the cases in his firm. Every Wednesday he conducts a meeting with his associate attorneys to consult and monitor their progress and provides them with his expert advice when necessary.
