Callan is phenomenal - I cannot recommend her enough! Some quick background...When I first started looking for a family lawyer, a friend recommended someone who pushed an expensive and binding private assessment service and insisted that "it was the only way". When I questioned his approach, he tried to scare me and told me I would likely lose the case if I didn't follow his advice. It didn't feel like he was really fighting for me as much as he was trying to close the case and get paid. I needed someone who was on our side, so I fired the first attorney, did some research, and luckily found Callan. She was amazing from the start. She listened to the details of my case, reviewed supporting documentation (settlement agreement, texts, and emails), and most importantly made me feel like I had a voice in the process. She was patient and knowledgeable and provided us invaluable, objective guidance every step of the way. In the end, she was able to help us work out a custody issue, kept the kids out of court, and continues to help with modifications and advice. Callan's services are incomparable, and I am so fortunate to have had her on my side, fighting for me and my kids.

We can NOT say enough GREAT things about Douglas Barnes as a TRUST Attorney. Mr Barnes took care of our family TRUST and gave us ideas and things to think about. We had saved a "dime" YEARS ago and had some "good deal bafoon" write up a so called "Trust" that ended up not worth the paper it was written on and Attorney Douglas Barnes was able to fix this wrong, make it CORRECT, and he was worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY! Attorney Douglas Barnes is also an attorney who can go to court if our family Trust is ever questioned and he can defend our wishes, where OTHER Trust Attorneys can not always do. The 1st time I met John, he was just starting out. He did a good time explaining the concept of Living Trust, and were quite efficient in drawing up the Trust. I had some amendments made to the trust about 2.5 years ago. The response time was slow. I had to follow up a couple of times on the changes, and finally received the amended document. However, the CD was not included in the envelope. Overall, I am not too impressed at the response time and the service level.
