We have been incredibly happy with the services received from Mr. Pentell. He always made sure to speak with my son and myself about what was happening or going to happen, and ensured we understood. This process has had many ups and downs. Right around the point where it started to feel hopeless and like it would never end, Mr. Pentell picked up on what had changed, needed to change, listened to what my son had to say, and took action in court to help him. He is intuitive, observant, experienced, and I believe he genuinely wants to help. I am a difficult woman to deal with and he has never been anything but professional, kind, and understanding. Reassuring me, and my son, along the way. We are very happy with the services he has provided and pray that our time in court is almost over so we will not need them for much longer. Thank you, Mr. Pentell, for everything! You rock!!

Mr Pentell was very thorough with his participation in my son's case. He was always willing to answer questions and offer accuarate information to allow us to make the right decision for our family. He went over case information several times and used his resources to ensure the best outcome. It was a pleasure working with him. We are very appreciative of Mr. Pentell's assistance. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful! The only reason we did not give 5 stars is for the office help, or lack of help received by them. It was very difficult initially to connect with Mr. Pentell (I am sure he is very busy!) and the assistants were not able to get messages to him within a reasonable time, etc. Essentially, their effort to assist seemed minimal. Otherwise, working with Mr. Pentell was a good experience and we would highly recommend! THANK YOU!!

If this is the same Dan Martin (916-806-7247) that practices law in Fresno and threatened to take me to court I can tell you he is a wack job. Both him and his wife Danielle (916-764-2290) are nut cases. I was rehoming an expensive dog for very little money. I was even dropping it off all the way from San Jose. Unfortunately, a family member was extremely ill and I could not make the trip. They kept calling and threaten to take me to court for breach of contract and the nut case said I was causing major anxiety to his wife. I told them I was not able to speak (I was at the hospital worried about more important things.) I tried to explain only to be insulted by the wack jobs. Some people... I was essentially giving away a female cane corso and even driving her to them. This idiot throws his "I'm a lawyer, I should take everything you have speech" Like a total peace of S. Stay away from these nuts.

Mr. Pentell is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of law and surrounding areas. Kept all information easy to understand and to the point. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent orator. Almost instant replies to communication through emails. No questions were too small. I was given clear, detailed description of each option and step. 10/10 recommend

I have had both good and bad experiences with them. Mostly bad. Unprofessional Unethical, unavailable. Write to your local board of supervisors to make a change and get them shut down.
