Deaf / hard of hearing client, facing battery charges that were false. Just signed with Ty after inquiring around with other firms. Even though I have communication issues, Ty has accommodated me and most importantly had a good attitude. I even said I was going with someone else who was cheaper and he was still very positive / encouraging and gave free advice. I ended up going with him nonetheless. patient isn’t closed yet, but confident that he will take care of it

This lawyer is full of it, hired him back in 2020 he seems to not show interest in your case doesn't even try to fight for his defendant and assumes nothing will work so why even try type of attitude, does not share information whith his clients even when he receives new info, he seems to not like people on the other side of the law and never answers text or calls and shows up late to court hearings. The only thing he seems to care about is to defend his reviews online.

David Gammill did a terrible job as my attorney on a Civil case, when he was at Geragos & Geragos. He refused to do a prep session with me before the jury trial (and before I would go on the Stand); he lost all the important Motions in Limine at the beginning of trial; he did his prep for trial the night before the trial started; he was not a match -- despite his supposed experience -- for the other attorneys... they kicked his butt at trial; during jury deliberations, the other side made a financial offer, that wasn't great, but if Geragos & Geragos were willing to reduce their 40% Fee a little bit, could have been accepted -- and David refused to run this by his boss Mark Geragos; and then David didn't even show up when the Verdict came in... only his lackey assistant attorney was there. I would NEVER hire him again if he was the last attorney on Earth.
