I had an IRS bank levy which literally froze my account. I was on unemployment, which was running out and needed to access my money to survive. Leading Tax Group the IRS penalty abatement lawyers got the levy removed and got me into “currently not collectable” status until I found a new job at which time an easy payment plan could be set up.
