A few years ago I consulted with another lawyer to do my Estate Planning. This lawyer was unable to meet with me the second time to sign papers and wrap things up so Maria was "assigned" to me. Maria spent more time with me than my initial visit with the first attorney. Maria was much more through and brought up issues that the other attorney hadn't. I have tremendous respect and confidence in Maria as my attorney.

Maria is like hiring a loyal best friend to take care of your life. It's not scary, it's not even hard, it was actually fun and freeing to have our whole life and desires spelled out. She has been down so many paths with people and their cases that her advice is beyond important. No matter how much research you have done, she really knows this world of what goes right or goes wrong. She explains everything so when you leave her office you are fully aware of all the laws pertaining to your world and no matter what country or state you have in your plans. I've had many friends do a Trust & Will, when I inquire of what they have, they rarely know and simply say that it's outdated and needs re-done. That shows me their Estate planner/lawyer did not explain nor inform them of how this works. Maria shares everything and makes it so exciting you can't wait to run out and tell everyone how much they need to go see her and get a Trust written up. It is the most inexpensive investment you will ever make in your lifetime. Who will speak for you if there is an accident and you can't speak for yourself? Let alone if you have children or assets. If you don't have a Trust, this is a big deal. A will doesn't hold up the same and takes too long to put into effect. Basically a Trust is yours and whomever you have chosen to speak for you if you can't. A will is overseen by the government and lays on office desks till matters get signed and fees paid. Need I say more!? I fully understand all this because Maria shares her knowledge brilliantly, is patient with silly questions, and responded to us right away. Don't waist time at other places or trying to do it yourself online and becoming frustrated. Once a trust is complete, you don't have to keep re-doing it (amending) Maria shares how you keep all new future adventures/assets/ in your Trust, it's quite simple yet most people are never told how a Trust really works for you. Maybe it's exciting to me because Maria was so great to work with, maybe it would have been awful somewhere else. Get it done, go to her, make your life settled so you can live it fully and be free of any regrets.
