After responding to one of my Avvo online questions with an excellent answer, I decided to hire the services of Mr. Richard Lysle. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of professionalism, knowledge and experience that he has. From day one Mr Lysle made me feel like he was 100% on my side up against a big credit card company that was suing me for an issue for which I claimed was fraud. The good news is that with his guidance the credit card company dropped the lawsuit thus eliminating the debt and clearing my credit of the derogatory charge off.

Mr Lysle has took up on our case, as we were sued by a third party as a result of Idendity Fraud that we were victims of, and we had nothing to do with the actual court case which targeted us, we were concerned by the fact that our case was rather 'smaller' and yet maybe 'complicated' to deal with. After our initial consultation with Mr Lyle for another matter, we went to see him again, and He was very Proffesional, Very informative, and fully gained our trust. He not only took the case seriously informing us with every detail and clear indications, but presented us on the court day, and shortly there after charges against us were dropped.
