Mrs. Bannerman assisted my family with a complex issue of paternity. It was complex as both the Mother and Father are deceased. Thanks to Mrs. Bannerman’s knowledge and experience she was able to establish paternity by using the brother and half sister. This was not an easy road, but Mrs. Bannerman and her staff worked until the Court agreed. We cannot thank you enough!

Lindsey was- from start to finish- such a relief and support to my during custody mediation last year. From the very first consultation, she was honest with me about the likely steps in the process and even provided me an accurate timeline for how long it would take to resolve my custody issue. She has a direct, calm, measured demeanor and seems unflappable. This is exactly what you want from a lawyer during one of the most stressful things you can go through. She level-set my expectations while also providing me with an ear to listen as needed, via email, zoom, or phone call (these are scheduled as part of the process but when mediation did not go as planned, she debriefed with me and helped me understand what was to come. My case was a long-distance custody situation: my son and I have lived outside of stanislaus county for years and that makes filing paperwork, paying fees etc, more difficult. Lindsey Bannerman's is extremely educated in Stanislaus county family laws. Unfortunately she fired me, totally my fault, but if you uphold your end, and maintain communication she's the best.
