I absolutely recommend Lindsey, she is absolutely amazing and helped my situation become so much more easier to handle. She’s a great listener and her, along with her team, always do their best to let me know I’m not alone during the process.

In 2019 I was forced into a guardianship battle for my 3 children do to my unhealthy habits and life style. From the moment the guardianship happened I decided I needed to make a huge life change and I started working on myself and situation to be able to bring my kids home to me. As I did everything that was Iasked to do and then some it seemed like I was not getting anywhere. So I decided it was time to reach out for help and I found Lindsay Bannerman who took my case and guided and explained every step that was taking place and how to go about it. Within a short time I'm happly able to say my children get to come home!!!

Hire her! She is wise and caring. Helped me advocate for my children and stay on track during court which we all know can be difficult with it being a high stress situation. Lindsey thank you so much for all your help.

I want to start off by saying that Lindsey and her staff are step above the rest. They always respond quickly with detailed and informative information. They also explain it in terms that are understandable and transparent. Because of Lindsey and her staffs knowledge and expertise, I was able to get more time with my son, which was the main reason why I came to her. I feel like fathers get a bad reputation in some divorces and constantly have to jump through hoops just to get more time with their children. Lindsey fought for more custody and was successful!! This has given my son and I the chance to build on our relationship and the results of that are amazing. I'm forever grateful for what they've done and will continue to use her services if and when I need to. Thank you Lindsey for the amazing support and work you've done.

I contacted Lindsey’s office for a consultation and hired her right off the bat. Walking into a custody situation is not easy and very scary. Her and her team kept me informed every step of the way.
