Before my case, I had no prior interaction with the legal system in such subject manners, specifically the US one, as I live in Ireland. It was hard to find good legal representation remotely. I was lied to and had issues with my previous representation. However, Lyndsey and the team were brilliant, and very accommodating to the circumstances. The main issue was my not being able to be there in person. They helped end a marriage with a person I had not seen or talked to in years. They took on my case, set out a timeline and plan, and executed it professionally. Lyndsey and the team had the solutions me and my ex-partner needed. The case was treated with the utmost respect, understanding, and diligence. Superb people.

I had Lindsey Bannerman for 2 years almost started with a 8500$ retainer for a custody and divorce I lost full custody of my children with her with false aligations with proof on my end showing they were false. She is very lazy as a attorney.Will not fight for you but will make you take deals to prolong her cash-flo causing you to Loos more time with your children.She waited till I owed her 3500$ more to tell me my retainer was gone.I was scared to fire her to find another attorney but was the best decision I ever did.I hired a defense attorney that has some experience in family law but mostly criminal cases.honestly the best decision ever made.family law attorneys charge for every email every call.sodi law group only charges for in person and court appearances all your questions through emails and calls are not charged .unheard of in family court.Be smart and do not go with Lindsey Bannerman.she will rob you blind final bill 21,000 two years no results.

She Absolutely the worst attorney in Modesto do not go to her for a divorce. They will run your bill up just by phone and email conversation you don’t even see her and talk to the paralegal she did absolutely nothing for me $14,000 later nothing

Going through a did or even can be scary and if you don’t have representation that can give you accurate information and have your best interest it can be even scarier.The first time I walked into court with these guys I knew I had the right representation by my side leading the way extremely knowledgeable and are well known when you walk into a court room you want people to know your lawyer and everyone knew mine including the bailiff’s in the courthouse 5 stars from me 👍

Just tried calling in regards to my divorce and the receptionist was doing her best to help me but she became very rude at the end when she knew I didn't live in the area but I got married in that county. I live 4hrs away and would've still went up to court over there to get my case handled.

Just want to say that Lindsey was there for me every step of the way through a GRUELING and Very difficult process that took a few years. I had lost my children due to very poor choices and it took some serious intestinal fortitude to get my act together to get back on track. With that said, Lindsey and her team made this process as easy as possible, helped facilitate ongoing proceedings, and simply made it a much more positive process. In my honest opinion, there ISNT any other attorneys out there that will go to bat for you like Lindsey will. An amazing attorney who knows the ins and outs of everything having to do with family law. She is the attorney any man or woman needs when dealing with family law!!!

I will not recommend Lindsey A. Bannerman she was never clear on what she was going to do in regards my case. She never put the effort on what needed to be done because of her actions she made me feel my custody and divorce case were not important and she let time go by. Nothing was done on her end and I was the one emailing, texting and calling her office not realizing that I was being charge by the minute. I wouldn’t get answers from her staff or her so I would continue to call, email, and text finally she decided to quit and make a long list of charges and a extended written letter of why supposedly she was not providing her services anymore. She was too busy to handle my case but not busy to charge me over 3,500 or not to busy to write me a long letter on none sense why she was quitting. I became to understand that if you don’t have million to win in a divorce case or custody she will drain you for your money only by you making calls, emails and text then she will give you a huge bill explaining everything she did in your case. Very sad to say but true, Lindsey is only out for your money and if she knows you don’t have over 10,000 she will kick you to the curve. 😔 I had a very stressful experience hiring her as my custody and divorce lawyer. I do not recommend her at all.
