Going to work with this firm regarding a dui case Highly recommended

I just accidentally called Tracy's office an hour early because I live in Colorado and she's in California and I didn't even think about the time zones. I've sent Tracy two emails requesting information and clarification on my mother's estate with no response so that's why I decided to call her first thing this morning as soon as her office opened. When she answered the phone and I greeted her with a "Hi Tracy, how are you today?" She very rudely asked "who is this that keeps calling me" (it was my fifth attempt to contact her office this morning). She just sent an email stating that I am not to contact her via phone anymore because my sisters hired her for themselves instead of for my mother's estate. That's the only clarification that I wanted to get from her this morning. Sneaky sisters Also, in the email that Tracy sent me this morning after she was very rude to me on the phone, she stated that she doesn't appreciate being bothered on a holiday weekend. Oh, I'm sorry Tracy, the fact that I was attempting to contact you for just a simple clarification does NOT give you the right to respond the way you did with me on the phone this morning. And I can dictate our conversation word for word on this platform so people know how you treat people when no one is watching or listening because I have a steel trap for a brain when it comes recalling conversations.

I highly recommend Tai Bogan, he is by far the best attorney I have ever met. Tai Bogan is dedicated professional that really knows his stuff and more important he knows how to win. Tao Bogan is the coolest attorney I have ever met. HIS Secretary is nice and professional. They practice just a few blocks from the Stanislaus County Superior Court house. The office atmosphere is clean and relaxing I have had walked in stressed out and I have left feeling like a button was lifted off my shoulders.

I had called to get some legal advice from this office, never got a response back. Would of liked to get a response to see if they could help me or not.

Great attorney

I’ve known Tai for 3 yrs now and he is one of the best people I’ve ever known. I mean every word of that. Aside from his phenomenal lawyer skills, he’s your guardian angel. I entered the worst situation of my life so unheard of that every lawyer quit or made excuses not to help me. When I consulted with Tai, he immediately resolved the issues. He was very honest with me and he fought every minute for what I wanted. (Lawyers typical don’t do that. They do what THEY want) you’ll see just how much that means in your crises. He is not afraid to fight for what’s right and makes his points so creatively while always maintain professionalism. most likely he will have you laughing through it all too with his great sense of humor, which relieves stress. I love Tai and cannot be more grateful for his support for me and my daughter. he never gives up. My best advice is pay your retainer and move on with your life knowing he is handling your case with your best interest as first priority. You don’t need to babysit him like most attorneys, don’t even need to call bcuz he has it under control and doesn’t skip a beat....the saying goes “if Tai can’t do it, nobody can!” I found a lot of truth in that.

I truly feel God lead me to find Tracy. I had a situation arise when selling my Mom's home that could have delayed the sell by 2-3 months. Living Trust Documents that did my mom's trust messed up on one of the documents and it had to be corrected as fast as possible. Tracy stepped up and basically took control, worked very hard and got things corrected and the order signed off within 2 1/2 weeks right before we needed to sign documents at the title company. She's a superstar as far as I'm concerned. Her work ethic is amazing and when she tells you she's gonna do something she does it. Communication is outstanding. If you happen to come across this review don't hesitate to reach out to Tracy because you'll be one of the lucky ones to have her in your corner if you do. I'm having her look over my existing trust to make sure the place who did it didn't mess something up on mine. One Happy Man here!
