I met with Tai after speaking with him a few months ago on the phone. I walked in and he was right there and greeted me warmly. He invited me into a private office where we discussed what was going on. Surprisingly talking with him I was very comforting explaining to him my uncomfortable situation I am in. I woke up to some news that had me rather worried and I was on the hunt to find a criminal defense attorney. I found Tai and reached out to him via a message on his website. This successful and controlling woman found herself in a bad situation one day -Arrested and Charged. I need this nightmare to go away! I consulted with a few attorneys before coming across Tai Bogan. Other attorneys were telling me all the possibilities I was facing, and I was not feeling confident. Mr. Bogan charged a consultation fee and a retainer fee that was more expensive than the other attorneys. At first I thought, “I just bailed out for $5k, I can’t afford him too”. But the minute I met with Mr. Bogan, he assured me that I wasn’t criminal, I didn’t need a diversion plan, I needed this case dismissed! And that’s all he was going to fight for. I knew I needed his aggressiveness. He set me up on a payment plan and took it from there!..... within 6 months of continuations and with God’s grace my case was dismissed! This is my yelp review but I will also write it in google. So this review is wayyyy over due but I have to write it. First of let me start off with how awesome attorney Tai Bogan is. He is so laid back, out going, funny, etc. He decided to take me case in 2016 and has been fighting my case until near ending of 2017. I’m not a great writer so I’ll keep this short. All I can say is HE IS THE GREATEST ATTORNEY EVER!!! He beat my case and throughout the whole time he always made me feel reassured and calm even though I was a worry wart and had anxiety and panic attacks. He knows what he is doing and is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I highly highly recommend him for anyone who needs to win a case because I know he will go above and beyond for you!
