I would highly recommend Breanna and her team at Cornwell family law to anyone in need of professional, knowledgeable and meticulous representation. Breanna listened to all of my concerns and even to those of family and took note and heart. She took the time to explain all of the legalities and points of California law and process that were so foreign to me. Her and her team, specifically Shana, Peggy and Payton were very compassionate, efficient, understanding, and responsive. With my busy healthcare schedule they were patient and accomodating. In prep and execution on hearing date Breanna handled all of the details with very impressive strategical precision. She advocated with a keen and thorough knowledge of the law and came through with us resolving all of the matters in question. Breanna and her team were a definite light and blessing in a very difficult time not only because of the legal matters but because we were in the middle of a pandemic and host of other outside situations that had also presented unique challenges. Scott Allen Law Firm did a great job in trying to secure compensation for an accident I was involved in. A semi-truck t-boned my Ford Edge on Hwy. 101 just north of Jolon Road in King City. Myself, my high school son & his classmate survived the accident - unfortunately, the truck driver hit the side that his classmate was sitting. It pains me to recall the challenges this child now has. The truck driver totaled my car. It was said that we were lucky to be alive. Scott and his team were kind & patient in their interaction with us. They would follow through with consistent communication. I trust their approach & handling and, I appreciate their hard work in helping us deal with this case.

Only reason for 2 stars is for the 2 stars that work there. My paralegal and lawyer. Other than that. Not happy with overall way things are ran with this firm. To start. I interviewed with Breanna about taking my case. We went over some strategies that I thought sounded good. I decided to hire her. Put down my 5k retainer and waited for some action. After few phone calls/emails to them. I finally got to meet my lawyer (which I found out wasn’t even hired at the time I gave firm my retainer). When I say meet. I mean was emailed by her. Not exactly a professional way to hand off the case. I figured I would’ve been told upfront that my case would be handled by someone else. I actually had no idea there was other lawyers at this firm other than the two pictured on the Yelp page. Just seemed a little elusive and left me with bad feeling. I couldn’t do anything about this due to my case being extremely time sensitive. So I just reluctantly moved forward. However. I was beyond happy with Tessa (my lawyer) and Denise (paralegal). Just not thrilled with the way that part was handled. Should’ve been upfront with me. Not to mention Nicole and dimed for every penny of that retainer, plus more. For a case that didn’t even go before a judge.

By far the best experience I have had legally. Helpful, insightful and supportive. Accurate advice and helped us immensely.

Very happy with the outcome, I couldn’t have picked out any one better, Cornwall family helped me with two cases and I got a better outcome then I expected, they know what they are doing, very friendly and polite, I would recommend anyone that asks, and I will most surely be returning every time I need them, thank you very much to all of you.
