I highly recommend both Breanna and Aerin at Cornwall Family Law. They have both been amazing to me and my children throughout our court case. They work tirelessly to get the best settlement possible for their client. They have been extremely successful in representing my families best interest and do their best to make it as easy as possible. I had talked to 10 lawyers. Most of the advice was lets negotiate or maybe you can leave the school and they will drop the restraining order. A couple even thought the restraining order against me was valid. Some planned for a long trial. Breanna and Aerin analysed the case and knew the law. They filled an Anti-Slap Motion and got the case dismissed. Knowledgeable, passionate and they KNOW THE LAW. Can be timid when needed and can be forceful. AMAZING. I was going to hire someone before, but I couldn't because the other attorney wouldn't take a case if the medical expenses are under 25k, so I did everything by myself upto the demand letter that I wrote. My statue of limitation day was 4/10 this year. I hired him on 3/29 after I sent out my demand letter to the othet party's insurance company in case I would need to go for litigation instead of settling my case. He was willing to take my case. He carefully listened to my case, and speed the process of negotiation with the other party. I was able to settle right before the statue of limitation with a very happy result.
