I had the BEST experience with Kelly and her team! They made the process of creating a trust seamless and easy, and were there every step of the way when I had questions. Kelly is one in a million - a wonderful person and lawyer who truly listens to you. Found Kelly through a estate planning class at the Lafayette Library. Kelly was the only attorney that I was able to ask a specific question and got a direct answer. Signed up with her firm to have a Will, Revocable Trust, and Power's of Attorney drawn up. Have met with Kelly and staff to go over the process, and yes do some homework as well. Just finished our last meeting and am pleased with the outcome. Also knowing that her firm is nearby, is a comfort.

I lucked out when a professional reference referred me to Kelly Balamuth’s practice. Kelly is more than knowledgeable in the area of estate planning. She guides her clients through the process in an organized fashion that leaves nothing forgotten.

From day I met Kelly at a free workshop, she made me feel seen, heard and confirmed. Once I had my one on one with her I felt extremely comfortable. To tell you the truth, I was looking for a Black owned law firm, but after meeting with Kelly and feeling her warmth, care and even concern for my as a single mom who has raised her daughters and working with me. I couldn't help but say, YES. I wasn't in the best financial shape to make the commitment, but Kelly made sure I was able to comfortably pay the amount and that meant so much to me. I had a workshop at my home for my close family and friends, she answered there questions and brought wine, she was so down to Earth we all took a liking to her sweet yet professional demeanor. I won't give you too many spoilers, but this lady is awesome and she has some wonderful chickens that lay pretty darn good eggs. Her team is wonderful and extremely helpful and I felt confident throughout my entire process of getting things done and marked off the checklist and now I feel so confident in knowing my business is in order and that I forever have an estate attorney and friend in Kelly.

This was an amazing 1st experience. The Balamuth group were so attentive to me. They went above and beyond. They delved into areas i never even thought of. They minimized my confusion and doubt. They were very understanding of my injuries and came to my home. They focused on all areas and avenues to get the best outcome for my age and how this would affect the rest of my life. I retained Kelly after being hit by an automobile while riding my bicycle. Kelly negotiated an impressive settlement from the driver's insurance company. I provided her with relevant information and she gave me outstanding advice, while relieving me of the need to contact the insurance company and Medicare. I was impressed by the professionalism of her written communications and highly recommend her.

She very quickly brought the case to mediation and negotiated a settlement for the most money she could get for dad given the facts of the case.
