The fair, equal, advice of the team helped me to understand and navigate the new system of divorce. Their efforts were critical to my piece of mind. I cannot begin to express the gratitude everyone at Singleton Smith Law Offices has done to help me with my divorce/custody process. From the very beginning I had a very ugly, very tumultuous divorce process. My child’s safety and well being was a constant concern and between my attorney(s) that represented me and their powerhouse paralegals, I was able to navigate through to a great divorce judgement and to ensure the safety of my child. I would not have been able to receive the judgement I did without them and I would recommend their services to anyone who asks.

I used this firm for almost 2 years. I ran into hard times during Covid. This firm does not care about their clients. I would never recommend this firm to my enemy. Thanks for your non professional representation. 8-12 thousand dollars without ever going to court. Not willing to work with their clients and will leave you high and dry.

I have know personally known Diane for 10 years and she has helped me through several court process for Civil Court and how to proceed with a legal issue. She helped me to understand what my options were without judgment and assisted me in being able to approach the situation feeling more confident. I have known her to be compassionate, dedicated, and loyal both personally and professionally. She will always be a trusted person to turn to when needing help.

The one star ratings below are all fake. The people do not even live in California and live in other states. All of sudden there is one star ratings in a span of a few days. Interesting. Shame on them. They are very professional, helpful, excellent law firm. It has been way over year dealing with my case and the law office has been there for me every step of the way. They have been very patient with me and dealing with my ups and downs. Highly recommended to others!

I wasn't sure if I needed an attorney for vehicle accident, but multiple friends recommended I go to Singleton Smith Law Offices. I was a little nervous at the start but I was put at ease by everyone in the office. Everything was explained to me thoroughly, they were honest with the possibilities of my case, and they have kept their promise with everything they offered. I left the office more at ease than when I got there and that's because I knew that I was in the rights hands and I was dealing with good people.

I have nothing good to say about this firm. They are not going to do anything for you and will take your money. Beware of doing business with them.

One of the cheaper attorneys for divorce you will find, especially in the murrieta/temecula area. Being cheaper than their competitors doesn't affect the quality of work they provide either. Very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions you may have accurately and professionally.

The worst attorney for complicated divorce. i hired this attorney back in August 2020. My husband was throwing a fit about a house we purchased during marriage from my In-Laws. After separation my HUSBAND was trying to rush and sell the house and make me sign a quit claim. i hired this attorney since she was really convincing during the consultation. My husband's attorney arranged a emergency hearing regarding sale of the property. i was fine selling the house but wasn't agreeing to the term where i have to sign the QUIT CLAIM and i also wanted our agent to be changed since our agent tried to intimidate me to agree on selling the property when i was on ready to sell. To my horror Diane told me a week before my hearing to agree to whatever the opposing counsel wants as i don't stand a chance in the hearing. she also mentioned to me that fighting over a agent to be changed was stupid and if she was a judge she would also not agree with my terms. i explained her the whole reason i didn't want the agent (and please consider i had more reasons which i can't mention here). But after hearing her statement i was really concerned as i knew she decided before my hearing that i will lose the hearing. i changed my attorney within 2 days and let me tell u that is the best decision i made ever. not going to mention the second attorney as i am not trying to promote anyone here. But within that 4-5 days left not did that attorney take my case but also won that hearing which DIANE told me i will lose. I won every hearing after that and my attorney was able to bring us to agreement and now my divorce has been finalized without a trial. so please don't get excited about all the 5star ratings as this attorney cannot handle a complicated case. please don't waste your time and get someone else. Divorce is always a stress and you don't need a attorney to make it more complicated.
