As a father I really didn't know all my legal rights as it pertained to custody of my son. Diane has fought to get my legal right as a father to see my son. She is really good in her family law practice. I can see why she has received awards of top firm. I could not understand how the other parent can deprive a child time with a father. It is amazing how much these situations are not contested, but Diane helped me understand how law works and she got me my custody time. Joint custody is the best thing for a child's development. Diane went to court and has me protected from my son ever moving to another state or just being denied seeing my son. If you ever need help with custody matters or divorce Diane is a power house in the court room.

Attorney Susan McPhee is by far the best attorney I have ever encountered. She is not only AMAZING at her job, but she is also extremely professional, personable, kind, and most importantly, she gets the job done! This experience was very awkward for me as the whole time I was sitting in the lobby I could hear a client speaking with her attorney about very personal things going on in her life. Definitely not real big on privacy with my first impression. The person I went there to meet was late to our appointment and they are extremely expensive. Not that I have much experience with lawyers but it makes me think I'm in the wrong profession for the kind of money they want me to put out.
