The Khan Law Firm, really makes me feel supported permanently in my immigration process, very efficiently, diligently performs, very quick response every day in my case. Without a doubt, my family HIGHLY recommends the Armendariz Law Firm. My 23 year old son was facing a felony assault charge with a GBI enhancement; a 7 year jail sentence. He had never been in trouble with the law other than 2 moving violations since he was 17. The "victim" had a black eye which didn't require hospitalization or medical follow up so nothing was broken. We had never sought or were in need of a criminal defense attorney. This was all new to us. Prior to coming across the Armendariz Law Firm, my son and I had met with another attorney who didn't quite win us over, but it wasn't bad either. I had three other appointments for my son after setting up the appointment with Bryce Armendariz. I could not attend my son's appointment. When I called my son, he was excited. He felt immediately connected to Bryce. Bryce asked the right questions of my son. His fee was quite a bit higher than that of the first attorney, but when you're facing such a serious charge, the difference was a minuscule. We cancelled all subsequent appointments and put all our trust into Bryce. We were not disappointed! Bryce did an AMAZING job! He communicated the entire way through with us, he was present for every hearing and really assisted us through the entire process. The GBI enhancement was removed. My son ended up with 90 days of electronic monitoring, 16 classes of Anger Management and restitution of under $1,500, made up of mostly court fees. He's able to downgrade from a felony to a misdemeanor after a year AND it is eligible for expungement after his 3 year probation is up. We plan on using Bryce's services for these future engagements. Thank you Bryce for your ethics, your knowledge, your communication, and your honesty. Without you, I don't think we would have had the same outcome.

I posted this review on another site but feel so strongly thought I'd post it here too. You can't go wrong hiring with Andrei Lapine! I was referred to this law office by the Bar Association, I was feeling pretty hopeless when I met with Andrei Lapine but he explained his expectations for my case and for the first time in years I felt like I was in good hands. Mr. Lapine is a force to be reckoned with and I can't thank him enough for all his hard work. His partner Matthew Forsse is just as good and I highly recommend either attorney. They worked very hard on my case and were very compassionate to my needs. I would not hesitate to hire him again should the need arise. Thank you so much!

Mr. Lapine helped me with a past legal case a few years ago related to my immigrant wife (now ex) facing deportation related to a domestic violence case. His advice was extremely valuable and helped me to get the DA to turn down the case. I would highly recommend Andrei for any areas related to his practice. He is a solid attorney!

Nas may look like he just got out of law school but don't let his young look scare you off. Very professional without being being pretentious. I never felt like I was being BS'd. However, he will drive you nuts with the amount of detail he requires to complete the case. Which come to find out is a damn good thing. The Dept of Homeland Security did not understand why I needed to bring over a coworker from Germany, with no college degree but heaping amounts of experience, on an L1-B to help grow the business. Nas and staff were able to put together a rock solid package and cover letter worthy of an award for poetry. Can't thank them enough. I will be returning should I need an immigration attorney again. Oh, and the cost was better than reasonable.

I hired Anthony to represent me in court in a guardianship case. Anthony really know his way around the courtroom and is very professional in the courtroom. Anthony had a way to make the situation work to our favor. Anthony is very experienced. After two years in court it was the decision I hoped for. Anthony is who you should consult with.
