Had a great experience with Nas. Got my green card in no time. He made a nerve racking experience into a reasonably pain free one. He got back to me with questions promptly and was very flexible with our schedule. Highly recommend The Khan law firm.

I wouldn't even give a full star. First the staff continued to forget things. I was willing to cont. to stay. He (and wife) came to my hearing hours late, because he and his wife were taking a trip after my court hearing. The court staff cont. to let them know my lawyer still hadn't showed up. I expressed many times that I was nervous about going to court with my ex before. He pretty much sat there. I'm guessing they were running late or would be if he did say anything. Only thing he did that I felt was of value was the paperwork. Even his staff states he don't know what he's talking about (says a lot to get you in the door). BE AWARE!!!!!!!!

Nasir Khan undertook every aspect of my application for a Green Card and Work Permit in an exemplary professional manner and at a cost half that of some other fees quoted by others. He is a pleasure to work with and is highly effective in his field of expertise. I would most definitely recommend him and his support Staff to anyone seeking legal residence in the US. I had a 3 year nightmare I got married to a man who had a restraining order against him based on lies. The other party stalked us and made false police reports weekly. We went though the court system to get modification so we could see our kids get awards or do anything at the school since she omitted the fact that they went to the only high school in town. Attorney Lapine helped us with the crimal part of restraining order with domestic violence issue. We can't thank him enought then after my husband passed they were there to help me with the Guardianship of my step daughter once again I didnt know were to even start and they were there. The office staff is awsome listened to my concerns and were always there to help
