Andrew was actually the second attorney I contacted for an IP issue that I was involved in. The first group I contacted wanted an unreasonably large retainer, were curt, and did not sound genuine or reassuring. Andrew was the exact opposite. He was friendly, genuine, and patient in walking me through the different steps we could take to deal with the problem. He was able to get the issue taken care of efficiently and within budget!
