Martindale AV Rated Family Law Specialist. Matt Bogosian lives in SoCal, and I wanted him for my divorce attorney in NoCal. Why? Because he is the best. He is AV rated in Martindales (voted best of the best by his peers). He wrote case law on pre-owned property prior to my the divorce. (See Marriage of Frank & Dawnel Bonvino) Unlike some attorneys I interviewed, he will NOT upset the other side into a LOSE-LOSE war. Matt has a very high EQ, and because people like him, they will become more AGREEABLE to the Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement (BATNA). He is fair to all sides, and will counsel you to what he thinks is best and why. In my case, his fee's were reasonable, and he won a lump sum settlement in killing others and myself with kindness after a 20 year marriage, and 5 year divorce. I was fortunate enough to persuade Matt to take my case. You will be very fortunate if you are able to have him as your counsel!

I have been represented by Matt Bogosian for approximately 2 years. Matt has made himself available to help me quickly, and at times outside normal business hours, through a contentious divorce. Matt communicates in a professional manner, unlike the opposing counsel, which the Judge even noted in her decisions. The staff at Holstrom, Block & Parke are responsive, kind and informative. I have referred friends to Matt and will continue to do so.

I too was way over charged. Quoted approx $8,500 to finish a case that $42,000 had already been spent. Next bill was over $14,500 and we are still at ground ZERO! You're Fired Jim!!!

I was way overcharged! With them on my case for only 20 days (temp spousal support). I was told it was under $5,000, same day they filed a doc with the court saying it was under $5,500, then I got a bill 2 days later for $11,500. I called and emailed several times but my attorney would not respond. Tried calling and texting the partner I meet through a church group, he ignored me. 3 weeks later they finally met with me and said there was not a mistake on the bill and if I couldn't pay it then they would remove themselves from my case. I would not recommend this law firm.

I spent about 3 full days emailing and talking to lawyers, trying to find the best possible lawyer who really understood what we needed. My boyfriend was fighting for custody/visitation of his 3 beautiful children from his ex-wife, as well as fighting and extremely fabricated DV. His ex-wife had hired a lawyer and was doing everything humanly possible to ripe whatever right he had as a father away, and fast. What made it all worse, was we lived in Arizona and not California where this was all taking place! It was so hard to gage who I was talking to over a phone conversation. I had talked to 20+ lawyers, and then it came down to 3. But then one didn't respond anymore, the other didn't want to start working on our case because it was a 4 day, holiday weekend, and then there was Core Law. They immediately starting working with us. We talked to Simon in the beginning, but then he handed us over to someone he felt was a much better fit for us. Brittany VanVeen! Our literal angel! This woman worked with us endlessly! We asked a million and seven questions, sent her new emails at least 10 times a day , and even had her responding on sick day. She never failed to make us feel as at ease and possible. She fought hard and had facts we didn't even catch. My boyfriends ex-wife's lawyer could NOT KEEP UP! So much so he was coughing and sweating in front of the judge! For someone who had "Years of experience", Brittany made him look like he just read a law book! She got the DV withdrawal day of by the other lawyer, that would of affected myself and my boyfriend. And as far as our custody case Brittany got us more than what my boyfriend and I could have ever imagined. WE ARE BEYOND THANKFUL for everything this woman has done. There are no words to explain the peace of mind she has given us. The ability to see these children grow, is PRICELESS. I recommend her to everyone now, every single time someone mention family law problems I tell people to contact Core Law. Thank you so much Brittany!

Had a very complicated divorce case. Brittany stood by my side, she was there every time I needed any advice. She is very sharp, argued aggressively in the court, provided point by point rebuttal of any and all BS in an impressive way. She was my legal shield in year and half long legal battle. Brittany worked on my case involving DVRO in Family court. The whole ordeal was tremendously painful and unexpected for me. I had a strong case but a lot to lose. I am glad to say that she and the other attorneys associated were able to assemble a great defense and get the opposing party to stipulate to an amicable resolution. Brittany is a brilliant attorney and a truly kind, caring human being. At our first meeting, I knew she was exactly what I needed in such an overwhelming and emotional time.
