Martindale AV Rated Family Law Specialist. Matt Bogosian lives in SoCal, and I wanted him for my divorce attorney in NoCal. Why? Because he is the best. He is AV rated in Martindales (voted best of the best by his peers). He wrote case law on pre-owned property prior to my the divorce. (See Marriage of Frank & Dawnel Bonvino) Unlike some attorneys I interviewed, he will NOT upset the other side into a LOSE-LOSE war. Matt has a very high EQ, and because people like him, they will become more AGREEABLE to the Best Alternative To a Negotiated Agreement (BATNA). He is fair to all sides, and will counsel you to what he thinks is best and why. In my case, his fee's were reasonable, and he won a lump sum settlement in killing others and myself with kindness after a 20 year marriage, and 5 year divorce. I was fortunate enough to persuade Matt to take my case. You will be very fortunate if you are able to have him as your counsel!

I have been represented by Matt Bogosian for approximately 2 years. Matt has made himself available to help me quickly, and at times outside normal business hours, through a contentious divorce. Matt communicates in a professional manner, unlike the opposing counsel, which the Judge even noted in her decisions. The staff at Holstrom, Block & Parke are responsive, kind and informative. I too was way over charged. Quoted approx $8,500 to finish a case that $42,000 had already been spent. Next bill was over $14,500 and we are still at ground ZERO! You're Fired Jim!!!

I was referred to Carrie when my previous lawyer suddenly double her hourly rate at a time when my son had suicidal thoughts, but his dad sided with the school to deny his needs. My ex used his joint custody to refuse assessing my son. I was fighting a losing battle with my school district, and dealing with my son's problems all alone. Carrie took my case without any hesitation. She quickly got the core of the problems, and advised me each step of the way, and helped me to present the facts and truth to the Judge, and win my son's sole custody, which my previous lawyer believed to be impossible. Now with the sole custody, my son's needs were appropriately assessed and is getting appropriate special education services with his special education attorney. It is the best decision I've ever made for my son. Carrie is pricey to be honest, but her quality work every penny of it. I highly recommend her.

I was way overcharged! With them on my case for only 20 days (temp spousal support). I was told it was under $5,000, same day they filed a doc with the court saying it was under $5,500, then I got a bill 2 days later for $11,500. I called and emailed several times but my attorney would not respond. Tried calling and texting the partner I meet through a church group, he ignored me. 3 weeks later they finally met with me and said there was not a mistake on the bill and if I couldn't pay it then they would remove themselves from my case. I would not recommend this law firm.

I couldn’t have dealt with my situation without Kristen Holstrom support, guidance and honesty. She was a rock for me is such a hard time in my life. Kristen remained supportive and attentive throughout my case and got my divorce finalized relatively quickly, including sole physical custody of my daughter. I can’t recommend Mrs. Kristen Holstrom enough! There were also other attorneys who assisted with my case. They were sharp, experienced and handled my hearings with ease. Between the attorneys and their support staff I was well taken care of. This process was not always easy but Kristen and the team at HB&P was always there when I needed them and delivered results. My daughter and I are forever grateful. I have since referred family and friends to Kristen and HB&P and everyone has been extremely pleased with the support and results from the law firm.
