Jonathan and his staff are the best! I did a very thorough search to find the best lawyer possible to fight my case. I spent a week calling and consulting with other lawyers. Not only this, Jonathan was the one that actually told me to search around to get more insight. I was frantic and couldn't get my words straight honestly when I was talking to his staff (Emily) which she calmed me down and told me Jonathan would be calling me shortly after he finishes a case in the courthouse. Jonathan returned my call quickly and calmed my nerves down even more. He is always there to answer your questions. He takes his time to explain everything in details. I'll text him late at night and he would respond back instantly! He is honestly the best lawyer in OC. I never felt the need to worry after retaining him. I received a DUi w/accident n August of 2018. I knew that I would be looking at jail time and possibly losing my job and decided that I needed a lawyer. I saw the reviews for Jonathan on Yelp and called immediatelyl. I met with him the following week and he knew something was up. I had been suffering from extreme depression for many years. Jonathan's first move was to help me find a therapist. When I made my first court appearance I was ordered to continue therapy and to attend 3 AA meetings per week for 3 months. Sounds easy but I didn't have a car and used Uber to get around. It was expensive but I still had my job and didn't end up doing jail time. I also attended 12-18 AA meeting per week to keep me grounded.The judge saw me 3 mos later and praised me on my efforts. I was granted diversion which is a course of action doled out by the court in order to get charges dropped. I was given another 3 mos. probation. Diversion is something not normally granted in DUI cases so the judge is making me the example. I don't mind because I have my life back, a job. a new car and the freedom to get around. If all goes well, I'll be off probation in January and then on to see if I can get my DUI reversed with the DMV. Jonathan helped my thru this, encouraged me and always put me first! He was and is always available He saw my troubles and if he hadn't helped me get into therapy, I might not have made it to be able to write this review. He's the real deal, kind and always explains my case thoroughly and between he and his wonderful assistant Erica, I'm always fully aware of every step. I found a great lawyer and made a dear friend. Call him..he can and will help you and remember..its not that hard. I am a different person because if therapy,, AA and because this man believed in me. Best phone call I ever made. When I first contacted Jonathan I was a wreck and really worried about my loved one who received a DUI. He immediately calmed me down. He walked me through all the details of what was going to happen and I didn't need to do a thing. He successfully got the special circumstances recognized by the courts and alternate programs were accepted swiftly. My loved one only stepped foot in a jail the night they were arrested. Jonathan is a true professional at what he does and I'm blessed to now have him as a friend. One of the best phone calls I ever made.

I was recently terminated from Chase bank and initially approved for unemployment benefits. To nobody's surprise, Chase appealed the decision. I was scared to death that they would reverse the EDD's decision and I'd be left with no income. I reached out to a couple of lawyers, and Cyrus responded promptly. Immediately he made me feel at ease. Upon hearing the facts of my case, he let me know that my case was strong under the UI Code. He advised me to request a copy of my file (which I never would've known I could do) so that we could prep for my hearing. I decided to retain him at this point. The fee was reasonable, $600... the best $600 I've ever spent! We met at his office the day before my hearing to go over the facts again. I was a nervous wreck but he assured me that I just needed to be calm and present the facts as I did to him over the phone. During the prep meeting, he began to explain to me how the hearing would go. It was at this moment that I knew I made the right decision. Cyrus is very knowledgeable and compassionate. He understands that the experience is nerve-racking and he does an excellent job of giving you confidence. Even on the day of the hearing, I was so nervous I hadn't slept. Cyrus noticed this and made efforts to calm me by getting to know me personally. During the hearing, things began to happen exactly how Cyrus said they would. It was like he saw the future! As this began to take shape, I became calmer and more confident in my case. The icing came when he began to question my former manager. His questions were very well thought out, to the point where I thought her answers basically made our case for us. By the time he began to question me I was confident that we had won. Once the Chase lawyer began to question me, I could tell he had not prepared (which Cyrus also predicted!) and our case was in the bag. The decision arrived and lo and behold, WE WON! We took on the "big dogs" and beat them! I had to let out a scream and do a dance to celebrate! Let me tell you, DO NOT go into the appeal hearing without Cyrus. The stakes are too high. You need someone who understands you, your case, and how it all fits with the ACTUAL law. I was so scared when they appealed that I almost just threw up my hands and just gave in. DO NOT GIVE UP! DO NOT go into that meeting without a lawyer. Call Cyrus so that he can help you fight for what's yours! I promise he will do wonders for you! Cyrus, I cannot thank you enough for what you did for me! I'm forever grateful for your services. Should I run into anyone that needs representation in employment matters, please be assured that I will refer them to you. To everyone reading this, if you're on the fence, trust me when I say you absolutely NEED to hire Cyrus Mor as your attorney!

I had some General EDD questions and wanted to speak with an attorney. Cyrus called me right back and was really knowledgeable and able to assist me where other attorneys could not. He will actually take the time to speak with you on the phone! If you need assistance I would recommend you give him a call!
