So I found myself on the wrong side of the law due to a payment dispute with a former employer and a false account of what had transpired during that dispute that was given to authorities by the same employer who refused to pay me what I was owed. I was homeless at the time of my arrest and living out of my car. I didn’t have the resources to immediately begin my defense so once I was released from LA county jail after a 30 day stint I began looking for an affordable lawyer to assist me with my defense. I was assigned three different public defenders until I finally wised up and looked for a private attorney with the help of a close friend. I registered on legal match and found Attorney Prizzia’s profile and information so I decided to call her and see if she would be able or would be willing to take my case. From the moment I talked with Attorney Prizzia I knew that she was the perfect attorney for me. She was very empathetic and asked me questions that made me feel like she understood my situation. Later I would find out that not only did she understand my position but she actually fought for me behind the scenes too. So after three public defenders and almost two years of back and forth with the Torrance courthouse I reached a settlement with the court that allowed me to not only NOT serve any additional jail time but to have all my charges reduced to misdemeanors after the successful completion of community service. Attorney Prizzia and her staff of helpful assistants not only assisted me through my court ordeal but I ran into a nasty probation officer during my registration and Attorney Prizzia called and personally spoke with the probation supervisor and settled everything so that my time under probation until my case stipulations were met were handled with respect and I was given a fair chance to succeed. I thank god everyday for Attorney Prizzia because there is a definite disconnect between some agencies of law enforcement and the people they serve. Not all agencies but there are some and we all know this. However Attorney Prizzia, from the moment she took my case, took control of the situation and got the best possible outcome for me and my family. I am forever grateful for Attorney Prizzia for her wonderful job and I would recommend her to anyone who needs an honest attorney who really and genuinely cares for and has a talent for communicating her clients position in a way that gets to the root of the situation at hand and puts her clients in the best position to move forward in their life. I 1000% recommend attorney Prizzia to anyone looking for a fair and honest representation.

He and his staff were very thorough and prompt in their handling of my case. Frances is the best at what she does. Being that I’ve never been in trouble before, she helped ease my mind.
