I was in a car accident and Jim Rush and his team were incredible in making the experience as easy as possible. They were great with communication and keeping me updated about my case. Fortunately I had no experience with injury lawyers before I met Jim. Luckily he is nearby so out of sheer convenience I called him after my accident. He's very professional and took the time to make sure I understood the process. At the same time when it was all done and finished I felt like I was losing a friend. Jim doesn't come across as some overly lawyerly wonk. Just very easy to talk to. He obviously really cares about his clients. His office staff matches his demeanor, friendly and out going.
